＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■マーケットリーダー的企業で安定就業 業界内のリーダー的企業として、安定した経営基盤を持っています。日本法人も急激なアップダウンの無い経営を長年続けており、長期的に安心して働ける環境としておすすめです。 ■Head of Financeへ昇進のチャンス 上司となるHead of Financeは近々定年を控えており、本ポジションはその後任となって頂くための採用です。現職者から引継ぎを受けた上での昇進が可能です。 ■APAC地域にまたがる責任範囲 経理財務は本ポジションを含む5－6名体制となります。将来的には日本だけでなく、他アジア地域のマネジメント業務も生じるため、より広い責任範囲にやりがいを感じる方にとっては非常に興味深いポジションです。 ■ハイブリット型勤務の活用 週2日程度の在宅勤務も使用頂けますので、家族との時間や趣味に使う時間を確保されたい方にもおすすめです。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Support the Head of Finance in providing leadership to the Finance ＆ Accounting team, ensuring appropriate skill balance, followership, and development plans. － Support overall financial controllership for the entity and its branches, including effective commercial/business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. － Monitor financial performance by analyzing operating results, investigating variances, and proactively communicating insights and recommendations to management. － Continuously review processes and operations, recommending improvements to increase profitability through effective and dynamic resource allocation. － Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements; lead monthly financial reviews with local, APAC, and HQ management teams. － Develop and enhance tools, systems, and models for early identification and resolution of financial issues. － Ensure full compliance with local regulations, US GAAP, and US requirements （including anti－corruption）, and deliver accurate financial results within tight monthly timelines. － Manage day－to－day accounting operations, including transactional accounting, payroll and benefits administration, ERP system oversight, statutory audits, transfer pricing, and tax compliance and planning. － Interface with internal, external, and statutory auditors; support regional back－office functions and perform ad hoc finance－related tasks as required. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.－ Strong commercial business experience with the ability to be a partner to the business. － Excellent problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key financial drivers of the business. － Can do attitude with a proven track record of results achievement, budgeting, planning, forecasting and demonstrated business acumen. － Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and compliance regulations. － Proven track record in working capital management, treasury, foreign exchange, and US GAAP. － Experience of working with Oracle and Hyperion as a financial reporting tool. － Fluency in English and Japanese |
