Join a global cybersecurity startup with a mission to empower teams and organizations using AI‑powered training and intelligence systems. As CFO, you will be a core member of a multinational executive team （Japan, Israel, U.S.）, responsible for leading financial strategy, capital planning, and funding activities. In the short term, you will drive significant Series B fundraising from both domestic and global investors. In the medium term, you will lead efforts toward IPO readiness, including internal controls and financial governance enhancements.
