- Analyze customer/business needs and visualize/create business requirements (clarifying As-is/To-be) - Coordinate and build consensus with stakeholders in business and IS departments - Create and execute test plans from a user perspective |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Work experience in the life insurance industry (around 3 years or more)- Experience as a business analyst in creating business requirements, or experience in organizing business requirements as part of a business department, or experience in defining requirements as a systems engineer - Experience planning and executing user acceptance tests - Ability to communicate in Japanese with multiple stakeholders including business and IS departments using oral, written, and presentation skills. Bilinguals with Business level Japanese skills required - Ability to take initiatives and act on hypotheses for assigned tasks - Ability to drive projects and work forward proactively - Native-level Japanese - PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) |
