仕事内容 1.メディアサービス製品およびソリューション分野において、顧客窓口として地域セールスチームと緊密に連携。プリセールス技術相談およびPoC検証サービスの技術サポートを提供し、顧客関係を維持、ビジネスチームの目標達成を支援。
2.地域のアーキテクチャチームを支援し、顧客のメディアビジネス技術アーキテクチャを分析、メディアサービスシナリオにおけるニーズと価値を見極める。国際市場向けに、OTT、Eコマース、ソーシャルメディア、ゲーム、教育などの業界ソリューションおよび事例を提供。
3.業界ソリューションを理解し、顧客のビジネス・技術要件とTencentのメディアサービス製品の特徴を組み合わせ、顧客の目標と価値実現を支援。顧客要件および業界要件を製品開発チームに効果的に伝達。
4.オンライン・オフラインの製品／業界説明会に積極的に参加し、Tencentのメディアサービス製品の機能、業界経験、知見を共有。Tencent Cloudメディアサービスの影響力を高め、メディアサービス分野におけるTencentの業界顧客ネットワークの強化・構築を推進。
5.チャネルおよびマーケティングチームと積極的に連携し、チャネル人材育成トレーニング、業界ワークショップなどを通じて、Tencent Cloudの地域エコシステムパートナーを支援。

What the Role Entails
* Work closely with the regional sales team as the point of contact for customers in the field of media service product and solution. Provide technical support for pre-sales technical consultation and PoC verification services, maintain customer relationships, and assist the business team in achieving their goals.
* Support the regional architect team in analyzing customers' media business technology architecture and identifying their needs and values in media service scenarios. Provide industry solutions and case studies for international markets, such as OTT, e-commerce, social media, gaming, education, etc.
* Understand industry solutions and combine customers' business and technical requirements with the features of Tencent's media service products. Help customers achieve their goal and values. Effectively communicate the customer requirements and industry requirements to product development team.
* Actively participate in public online and offline product/industry presentations to share Tencent's media service product capabilities, industry experience, and insights. Enhance the influence of Tencent Cloud Media Service, strengthen and establish Tencent's industry customer network in the field of media services.
* Actively collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to support Tencent Cloud's regional ecosystem partners, including channel empowerment training, industry workshops, etc.

賃金

年収額：応相談（昇給/賞与あり）

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。

管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分

フレックスタイムあり

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）

有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日

年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1.コンピュータ・IT・クラウドコンピューティング関連分野における学士号以上、かつ2年以上の実務経験を有すること。
2.優れた中国語・日本語能力を有し、コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、ソリューションドキュメント作成に習熟していること。
3.ライブ配信、ビデオ・オン・デマンド、エンコード/デコード、TCP/IPネットワークなど、音声・動画技術に関する知識を有すること。
4.顧客志向の強い対応力と優れたカスタマーサービス意識を有し、技術意思決定者との対話が可能であること。
5.関連業界での経験、またはパブリッククラウドに関する業務経験を有すること（尚可）。
6.流暢な英語能力を有すること（尚可）。
7.優れた異文化コミュニケーション能力を有することが望ましい。

Who We Look For
* At least two years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or above in computer/IT/cloud computing related area.
* Excellent Chinese and Japanese skills with fluency in communication, public speaking, and solution documents writing.
* Familiarity with the audio and video technology, such as live streaming, video on demand, encoding/decoding, TCI/IP networking, etc.
* Strong customer-oriented work skills and a good sense of customer service, with the ability to communicate with technical decision-makers.
* Experience in related industries or working with public clouds is a plus.
* Fluent English skills is a plus.
* Excellent cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
