[We Are Looking For] We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Project) who will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems for data center or infrastructure projects. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle — from design review, technical evaluation, and equipment selection to site supervision, testing, and commissioning — ensuring all works meet project specifications, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. 労働条件	• 勤務地：東京都港区六本木　及び　埼玉県さいたま市 • 契約期間：期間の定めなし • 試用期間：あり（６カ月） • 就業時間：９:00～１８:00（休憩1時間）　　　　　　在宅勤務有（週２日程度） • 休日　　：土日、祝祭日 • 休暇　　：年次有給休暇　２０日/年　初年度は入社月により按分（入社３か月後より使用可能）、慶弔休暇等 • 給与改定：年１回 • 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額150,000円） • 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 • Ability to develop/create better process/mechanisms/documentations for continuous improvement • Diploma or degree in electrical engineering • At least 5 years of relevant experience in data center infrastructure or mission critical facilities • Comprehensive understanding of Japanese codes and regulations related to electrical systems • Proven experience in electrical design or managing data center projects • Preferably experienced in conducting Integrated System Testing (IST) with hyperscale customers in data center projects • Possess electrical qualifications such as 電気工事士, 電気主任技術者, or 電気工事施工管理技士 • Proficiency in English is an advantage • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • 継続的改善に向け、より効率的なプロセス / 仕組み / 文書の開発、および文書作成能力をお持ちの方。 • 電気工学の学位または修了証書の取得者。 • データセンターインフラストラクチャまたは基幹施設において、5年以上の関連業務経験がある方。 • 電気システムに関わる日本の法規 / 規制に関する幅広い知識をお持ちの方。 • 電気設計またはデータセンタープロジェクト管理の実績がある方。 • 大規模データセンター案件における顧客向け統合システムテスト（IST）の実施経験があれば尚可。 • 電気工事士、電気主任技術者、電気工事施工管理技士など電気関連の資格取得者。 • 英語スキルがあれば尚可。 • 自ら進んで取り組む姿勢を持ち、他者と協力しながら、問題解決に注力できる方。 • スピード感をもちつつ期日厳守で業務を遂行できる方。
