We Are Looking For We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Project) who will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems for data center or infrastructure projects. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle — from design review, technical evaluation, and equipment selection to site supervision, testing, and commissioning — ensuring all works meet project specifications, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Job Responsibilities: • Assess risks and perform risk management activities, where required, to minimize project risks and delays • Lead the execution of the complete electrical system (including MV/LV side, UPS, PDUs, transformers, DG, etc.) to commissioning • Coordinate with site contractors to resolve site-related service issues for design and proper installation • Validate/witness the testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment with regards to design/SLD to ensure high reliability facilities • Participate in equipment FAT, as required • Drive the resolution of all critical snags timely and ensure resolution • Review and approve all drawings and engineering submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards • Effectively maintain all documentation related to installation, testing, and commissioning • Handing over the project documents to Operation team post IST/ during handover/takeover • Work as field electrical engineering to support operation teams and resolve issues (including root cause analysis review, retrofit designs) • Constantly study and seek best practices and new technologies across the industry and implement the same by adapting/customizing as required • Ability to develop/create better process/mechanisms/documentations for continuous improvement |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Diploma or degree in electrical engineering• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data center infrastructure or mission critical facilities • Comprehensive understanding of Japanese codes and regulations related to electrical systems • Proven experience in electrical design or managing data center projects • Preferably experienced in conducting Integrated System Testing (IST) with hyperscale customers in data center projects • Possess electrical qualifications such as 電気工事士, 電気主任技術者, or 電気工事施工管理技士 • Proficiency in English is an advantage • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment |
