We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Customer Success manager (CSM) join our growing team in Japan. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Country Managing Director and will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. This role manages the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing service delivery—while ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and proactive engagement. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and support their strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities • Assist the team on end-to-end client management, partnering our clients to help them succeed • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring customer needs are understood and prioritized. • Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful transition. • Lead the full customer journey, including onboarding, training, and continuous support. • Conduct periodic service reviews and maintain consistent communication with customers. • Work cross-functionally, coordinating between departments to deliver to clients’ expectations • Ensures high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive service management • Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure contract and operational performance. • Present regular performance updates and service metrics to customers. • Oversee customer-related data center projects, including buildouts and customizations. • Ensure projects stay within scope, timeline, and budget. • Manage escalations and proactively identify risks. • Implement corrective actions to maintain trust and service continuity. • Recognize value-added customer service opportunities and proactively pursue these opportunities through the appropriate channels • Support long-term account planning and customer expansion strategies. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer success/ customer support/ project management, or data center/ IT service delivery/ telecommunication industry• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. • Solid understanding of data center environments, services, and operations. • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client engagement. • Proficiency in project management, SLA tracking, and performance analysis. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and operational teams. • Fluency in Japanese and business‑level proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication. 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or similar, are highly desirable. |
