| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.－ At least 10 years of experience in finance, controlling, administration, or similar roles. － Strong ability to build cross‑functional partnerships and align teams toward shared goals. － Solid experience in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support data‑driven decisions. － Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with the General Manager, corporate teams, and external partners. |
