| 仕事内容 |
職務概要: 営業開発担当としてコンセプトデザイン、エンジニアリング、ロジスティクスソリューション、プライシングを元に、入札案件等を進めていく。 具体的な責任 ・ 新規顧客とのリレーション、新規顧客の立ち上げモニターとインプリチームとの連携もしくは関連する社内部署及び顧客サイドのそれに代わる人たちとの仲介役を担う。 ・ シェンカーの顧客へ付加価値を見出せるようなあらゆる分野との業者関係の構築を行う。 ・ 入札案件等で使用するツール等の適宜メンテナンス（情報、資料）の管理やプレゼン資料等の適宜アップデート（イノベーションなども含む）を行う。 ・ テンダーマネージメントやソリューションデザインチームらと連携を行い、RFQをリードしていく。 ・ チームへのトレーニングを促すこと。 ・ 獲得した案件に対する収支管理（Account management teamへのハンドオーバまで） General Description Support of logistics projects and tender requests in respect of concept design, technical engineering and costing of logistics solutions (tender management). Specific Accountabilities ・ Customer relationship, monitor and assist implementation of new account and interaction with implementation team and other relevant counterparts in our own organization and that of potential customers. ・ Strong supplier relationships that bring value to Schenker's customers. ・ Preparation, maintenance, keeping up-to-date of tender management tools, business development and other standard materials (e.g. presentations and innovative solutions) ・Leading the RFQ in support of tender management and solution engineering team. ・ Finding the opportunity for the training to the team. ・ P＆L responsibility for the new business until handover to the account management team. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ 顧客やサプライヤー、社内間で関連する人々とのコミュニケーションができること・ MS Officeの知識、（主にエクセルとパワーポイント）データ分析、MSアクセス、MSproject, MS visio Auto CADなどがあれば尚可 ・ RFQに際するプロジェクトマネージメントのスキル ・ 複数の案件を並行して進められる能力 ・ モチベーションを高く柔軟にプロジェクトを遂行できる能力 ・ 優れた判断力、実施能力 ・ ロジスティクスに関するシステム、倉庫・配送に関する全般的な知識など ・ Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues on a professional energizing level ・ Proficient knowledge of MS Office (mainly EXCEL and PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze comprehensive data; additional knowledge of MS Access, MS Project, MS Visio and AutoCAD are desired ・ Project (RFQ) management skills ・ Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously ・ High level of energy, well-motivated and resilience with project management skills ・ Good Judgement and execution ability ・ Experience in logistics systems design, Warehousing & Distribution background e.g. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ 英語ビジネスレベル |
