国際的なビジネスアナリストチームの一員となり、Infor OSテクノロジープラットフォームの1つであるData Fabricソリューションを通じて、当社のデータ戦略を次のレベルへ引き上げていただきます。Data Fabricとは、顧客が経営データを最大活用して迅速にインサイトを得られるようにし、また新技術を用いた新規アプリケーション開発によるイノベーション推進を実現させるものです。データレイクと多様な周辺サービスで構成され、データウェアハウジング・分析、レポート作成、機械学習など様々な目的で経営データの有効活用を可能にします。 主な業務は以下の通りです。 ・プロダクトマネージャーと協力し、要件の収集、分析、優先順位付け、および文書化を行う。 ・担当エンジニアや設計者と協力し、要件をソリューション設計（ユーザーインターフェースのモックアップを含む）に落とし込む。 ・開発期間中に、関係者や開発チームと情報共有をする。 ・テスト要件が確実に検証されるよう品質保証エンジニアと連携し、また仕様書内容が正しく落とし込まれているかを確認する受入テストを行う。 ・文書の草案、またはプレゼンテーションを作成する。 As a business analyst, you will be part of an international team of business analysts. You will help bringing Infor’s data strategy to the next level through our Data Fabric solution, which is part of the Infor OS technology platform. Data Fabric enables our customers to maximize the use their business data to quickly gain insights, and to drive innovations by using data for new applications using new technologies. Infor’s Data Fabric includes a data lake and a variety of surrounding services, enabling customers to maximize the use of their business data for various purposes, such as data warehousing and analytics, reporting and machine learning. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: ・Work with product managers on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting requirements. ・Together with key engineers and architects translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups. ・Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development. ・Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested; and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted. ・Write draft documentation or create presentations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・技術用語と非技術用語の両方でコミュニケーションを図れる、プレゼンテーション能力をお持ちの方。・ビジネス分析の手法と技術に関する知見をお持ちの方。 ・データベースやクエリ言語を含むデータ管理、データ抽出または取得のユースケース、データ変換、データロードの経験がある方。 ・クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャおよびサービス（Redshift、Snowflake、Fireboltなど）ならびに高度なデータ処理技術に関する経験がある方。 ・ビジネスインテリジェンスおよびデータ可視化の経験がある方。 ・Experience presenting skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language. ・Experience with business analysis methods and techniques. ・Experience in data management, including databases and query languages, data extraction or acquisition use cases, data transformation and data loading. ・Experience with cloud-native architectures and services (such as Redshift, Snowflake or Firebolt) and advanced data processing techniques. ・Experience of business intelligence and data visualization. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・様々な情報を基に評価し、対立を解決した経験がある方。・複数の業務を同時に進めながら、タスクの優先順位を定め、プレッシャーを感じる中でも的確な判断を下した経験がある方。 ・Experience evaluating information from various sources and resolve conflicts. ・Experience engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure. |
