仕事内容 【Role Purpose】
・Deliver the successful project goal, including hyper care of global standard system deployment （SAP S4/HANA） in commercial SCM and 3PL area of pharmaceutical business process following all Quality ＆ GMP standards
・Establish system and operation robustness as a system key user after deployment
・Realize continuous business efficiency improvement by maximizing deployed system capability
・Foster digitalization in the HP Supply Japan organization

【Accountabilities】
・Deploy global standard system （SAP S4/HANA） as a project member
・Organize and/or provides trainings users
・Drive demand and change management regarding systems （e.g. new requirements, bug fixes and CAPA）
・Ensure system and operational robustness
・Continuous exchange with end users to realize future improvement of global template/system set－up as a system key user
・Initiate and promote the digitalization within the organization
・Foster communication and support cultural change towards digitalized processes
労働条件 【試用期間】3ヶ月
【就業時間】8:45～17:20（うち休憩45分間／残業あり）
【休日】土日、祝日、その他各種会社休日あり（2025年：年間127日）
【休暇】年次有給休暇（入社初日に6～16日を付与）、慶弔休暇・リフレッシュ休暇等各種有休特別休暇制度あり
【給与改定】年1回（4月）
【通勤手当】会社規定に基づき支給

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
・Pharmaceutical SCM and logistics process
・3PL management
・cGMP/Quality
・Advanced level in English



 

【歓迎（WANT）】

・ERP Implementation experience （Project lead or Key User/ Super User）
・Interface set－up between/ERP and 3PL system （Project lead or Key User/ Super
User）
・Computer System validation experience
・Advanced level in Japanese
