【Role Purpose ＆ Scope 】 ・Senior professional to manage security and crisis management for Japan ・High exposure to local Executive Committee, Country Managing Director, and Global Facilities ＆ Engineering Teams ・Coverage: All employees across Japan except Yamagata （site has its own security function）, but must coordinate closely with them ・Works closely wiht Global － all global procedures, documentation, and crisis frameworks are in English ・No direct reports but operates at manager level ・Potential succession candidate for Head of Global Facility and Engineering role in the future |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Japanese （native－level） for clear communication with local staff・Fluent English for global coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management ・3–5＋ years in security, crisis management, safety, or closely related fields ・Must have worked in a multinational company or a security consultancy with corporate clients ・Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations ・Calm and clear communicator during crises （e.g., natural disasters）. ・Act and respond outside office hours in emergencies ・Ability to trigger and manage the company’s emergency advisory system （e.g., SECOM alerts） to assure employee’s safety |
