【業務内容詳細】
－ Oversee day－to－day operations of Finance, Administration, and Logistics, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
－ Lead month－end, quarter－end, and year－end close processes, delivering accurate and timely Japan consolidated financial reporting in line with group and statutory requirements.
－ Analyze business performance and key drivers; provide insights on trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to support management decision－making.
－ Prepare and coordinate monthly forecasts and lead the annual budget planning process for Japan; monitor deviations and key assumptions.
－ Partner with management to enhance profitability through pricing, margin analysis, commission review, and cost control initiatives.
－ Drive working capital optimization and cash flow improvement （DIO, DSO, DPO）, including inventory reduction and credit risk management.
－ Strengthen financial processes, reporting, internal controls, and compliance; liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and relevant external parties.
－ Lead, develop, and coach the finance team; collaborate closely with regional and global finance stakeholders and support key finance projects （e.g., SAP, expense management tools）.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ 10＋ years of relevant working experience （in audit firms / commercial）.
－ Proficient in IFRS with regional consolidation exposure
－ Be able to balance local, regional ＆ divisional requirements.
－ Business level English, and native level Japanese
－ Hands－on knowledge in ERP system i.e., Iscala, Cognos, TM1 and SAP
