| 仕事内容 |
【事業・組織構成】 Report direct to the Head to deliver desired outcomes for global mobility team. Work together closely with POD team members to ensure efficient and effective collaboration with all colleagues in a global eco-system. Play an active role to ensure POD metrics are being met. 【職務内容】 Included but not limited to: ・Manage regular review of Global Mobility policies and strategic policy initiatives to enhance and expand Global Mobility frameworks, aligning key elements with broader global HR priorities. ・Support HR teams through policy guidance and process facilitation on new global assignment cases, ensuring compliance with tax, social security, immigration, and regulatory requirements, while delivering a seamless employee experiences and consistent execution. ・Provide subject matter expertise, cost management guidance and advisory on Global Mobility best practices, partnering with regional HR teams to strengthen governance and drive continuous improvement. ・Consult on international work arrangements, offering guidance to HR and internal stakeholders in close collaboration with Corporate Tax to ensure compliant and efficient structuring. ・Leverage existing Global Mobility technology platform to drive ongoing enhancements, support automation initiatives, and streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency and compliance. ・Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and employees across the global network to foster trust, credibility, and alignment. 【ポジションのアピールポイント】 Assume an essential role to operate modern global mobility as an emerging strategic and integrated HR function, bringing alive the concept of ”right person, right place, right position at the right price”. 【職場環境】 リモートワーク:週半分以上可能 グローバル(社内、海外の) ステークホルダーに連結の必要ゆえ。 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Expert-level of technical Global Mobility skills specifically in tax compliance・Extensive experience managing different international work arrangements, such as host-based assignments, virtual work arrangements, dual role assignments. ・Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly ・Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese native speaker ・Building trust-based relationships with stakeholders across geographies and cultures. ・High standards for customer service. ・Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment. ・Risk aware and have a mind-set of continuous improvement. ・Enjoy handing complex challenges and solving problems in a collaborative and iterative way. ・Highly organized, meticulous, with a strong attention to detail, can juggle multiple priorities and are able to push issues to closure. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・More than 10 years of experience in the relevant Global Mobility field including Japanese market knowledge and a good understanding of Japanese labour law・Experience working in a virtual global HR team. ・A high appetite for learning and personal development. |
