【職務概要】 弊社では、英語と日本語に堪能で、豊富な生命保険業界経験を持つ、エネルギッシュで実績あるスクラムマスターを探しています。複数の部門にまたがるチーム全体でアジャイル手法を導入し、事業目標に即した高品質なソリューションを期日通り届けられるような方にぴったりなポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 ・デイリースタンドアップ、スプリント計画、進捗レビュー、振り返りなどのアジャイル会議を進行する。 ・アジャイル原則とスクラムの実践法についてチームを指導する。 ・プロダクトオーナーと協力し、効果的にバックログの管理や優先順位付けを行う。 ・障壁を取り除き、絶えず改善し続ける組織風土を築く。 ・開発チームと生命保険事業部門の関係者間において、相互の連携と方向性の統一を図る。 ・JIRA、Confluence、PowerBIなどのツールを用いて進捗管理と報告を行う。 ・グローバルチームと顧客間における言語の壁を解消すべく、両言語で効率的にコミュニケーションを図る。 [Job Summary] We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master with bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese and a strong background in the life insurance industry. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices across cross functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high quality solutions aligned with business goals. [Key Responsibilities] ・Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. ・Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. ・Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs effectively. ・Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. ・Ensure alignment between development teams and life insurance business stakeholders. ・Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI for tracking and reporting. ・Communicate effectively in both languages to bridge gaps between global teams and clients. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・アジャイルチームにおけるスクラムマスターとしての実績をお持ちの方。・英語と日本語のバイリンガル人材。 ・生命保険分野の商品、プロセス、規制に精通した方。 ・マスター認定資格（SAFeスクラムマスター、PSM、または同等資格）を取得した方。 ・アジャイルツール（JIRA、Rally等）の使用経験がある方。 ・優れたファシリテーション、コーチング、コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。 [Mandatory Skills] ・Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. ・Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese. ・Strong understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulations. ・Scrum Master certification (SAFe Scrum Master, PSM, or equivalent). ・Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.). ・Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・SAFeまたは、その他の大規模アジャイルフレームワーク（Leading SAFe）の活用経験がある方。・分散型または国際的なチームでの業務経験がある方。 ・保険業界における規制コンプライアンスに関する知識をお持ちの方。 [Preferred Skills] ・Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (Leading SAFe). ・Prior experience working with distributed or multicultural teams. ・Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance sector. ・アジャイルチームを率いたリーダーとしての実績、生命保険分野に関する豊富な知識、そして英語と日本語の両方で円滑にコミュニケーションを取る能力が求められます。アジャイル手法に高い関心を持ち、チームを成功へと導くスキルをお持ちの方は、ぜひご応募ください。 ・経験年数：7～10年 ・募集人数：10名 [Qualifications] ・The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading Agile teams, a deep understanding of the life insurance domain, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
