Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years Number of Open Positions: 10 Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master with bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese and a strong background in the life insurance industry. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices across cross functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high quality solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs effectively. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure alignment between development teams and life insurance business stakeholders. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI for tracking and reporting. Communicate effectively in both languages to bridge gaps between global teams and clients. Prior experience working with distributed or multicultural teams. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance sector. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Mandatory Skills:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese. Strong understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulations. Scrum Master certification (SAFe Scrum Master, PSM, or equivalent). Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Skills:Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (Leading SAFe). Prior experience working with distributed or multicultural teams. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance sector. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading Agile teams, a deep understanding of the life insurance domain, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
