The Opportunity Hitachi Energy's Grid Automation business unit has a comprehensive portfolio of solutions. How you’ll make an impact Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects within its Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) Solutions division. -This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of strategic energy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. -The candidate will drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management while contributing to innovation in energy solutions. Your key responsibilities are: -Lead project teams and establish execution strategies. -Oversee project planning, monitoring, and control activities. -Define project plans including scope, schedule, financials, and risk management. -Monitor progress, analyse critical paths, and implement corrective actions. -Manage project financials: invoicing, cost control, and cash flow. -Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure compliance with contract and claim management policies. -Coordinate procurement of services, materials, and equipment. -Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues. -Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. -Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. -Close projects formally and ensure customer acceptance. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Your background-Bachelor’s degree in related field. -Minimum 5 years experience in project management in SaaS solutions. -Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget. -High business level Japanese and business level English. Technical & Domain Knowledge -Strong understanding of software implementation projects and integration with enterprise systems. Skills -Advanced project planning and scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). -Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. -Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities. Other -Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. -Willingness to travel when required. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience-Experience in utilities or energy industry is strongly preferred. Skills -Familiarity with Energy Portfolio Management systems, energy markets, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage. Certifications -PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred. |
