RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company is the market leader in driving performance using Deep Learning across the entire purchase funnel.

RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.

Our team in Japan consists of 45 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. Japan is the TOP market in APAC with the highest number of new campaigns launched every month & over 250 existing clients.

You Will:
-Marketing Strategy & Data-Driven Planning
- Develop and implement annual local marketing plans aligned with global marketing strategy and local business objectives;
- Prioritize high-impact activities based on defined metrics, local business needs, and collaboration with sales and account management teams;
- Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs and activity performance regularly;
- Use insights and analytics to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize resource allocation;
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with local stakeholders;
- Manage the marketing and PR budget for your region, ensuring cost-efficiency and strong ROI.

Campaigns & Events
- Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate demand and increase engagement with prospects and existing clients;
- Design and lead tailored activities aimed at new business and client retention;
- Lead the planning and execution of owned and external events participation, from concept to follow-up;
- Ensure business relevance, content quality, and measurable ROI for each activity;
- Coordinate speaking opportunities for local leadership, ensuring balanced brand presence and credibility.

Brand Communication & Content
- Build and strengthen the RTB House brand across Japan, in line with the group’s brand strategy without the use of PR agencies;
- Localize global content and messaging while incorporating market-specific nuances;
- Create impactful marketing and sales materials, including case studies, landing pages, and presentations;
- Ensure content resonates with the local audience while maintaining consistency with global messaging.

Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to local Business Directors and Sales, with a strong understanding of commercial priorities;
- Maintain regular communication with HQ Marketing, Regional Marketing & PR peers, and Local Business teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.


5+ years of marketing experience (proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, digital, or advertising industries);
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities - with practical experience in planning and executing complex marketing and PR strategies;
Leveraging a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly to business goals;
Proven track record in content creation for sales meetings, events, webinars, podcasts, or panel discussions;
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively balance local market needs and stakeholder expectations.
Knowledge of the latest trends, ABM strategies, content marketing, social media, and events;
Fluency in English and Japanese; other languages are a plus.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Asana, or other comparable tools
