Job Description As a member of the Holdings’ finance team, you will take a leading role in consolidated accounting while closely collaborating with overseas subsidiaries’ finance teams to support global management. Your responsibilities will include: ＜Consolidated Accounting＞ • Support and review overseas subsidiaries’ reporting packages • Prepare consolidated trial balances and disclosure documents • Drive process improvements and standardization to accelerate consolidated closing ＜FP＆A Coordination for Overseas Subsidiaries （Secondary Responsibility）＞ • Monitor subsidiaries’ P＆L and financial position • Prepare management reports for executives （including English reporting） • Communicate with subsidiaries on budgeting and forecasting • Contribute to building global management frameworks This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in consolidated accounting while gaining exposure to FP＆A, enabling career growth in a global environment. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Minimum 3 years of experience in consolidated accounting, including overseas subsidiaries• Minimum 3 years of experience communicating in English （verbal and written） with overseas subsidiaries, or equivalent English proficiency • Native－level Japanese proficiency 【歓迎（WANT）】 • CPA （Japan） or USCPA certification• Experience in FP＆A for overseas subsidiaries • Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP • Experience in process improvement or system implementation • Experience with consolidation accounting systems （data entry and operation） Ideal Candidate Profile • Enjoys communication in a global environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide impactful insights to management • Proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements ＜Selection Process＞ • Document screening • Interviews （2–3 rounds） ※ An aptitude test will be conducted after the first interview （not used as a selection criterion） |
