This role is within the Strategy ＆ Consulting practice of a world－renowned global professional services firm. The position focuses on M＆A projects that deliver maximum enterprise value, specifically by transforming finance and back－office functions in the digital era. You will work with CxOs of leading Japanese and global companies, providing support across the M＆A lifecycle, from Pre－M＆A strategy through to Post－Merger Integration （PMI）. The core goal is to leverage digital capabilities in M＆A to maximize corporate value. Key Responsibilities: － M＆A Strategy ＆ Execution: Provide consulting services for M＆A execution from Pre－M＆A to PMI, supporting both buyers and sellers. － CFO Transformation: Plan and accompany clients in transforming their finance/accounting organizations from a traditional custodial role to a producer/strategic business partner role, leveraging the digital age. － Enterprise Value （EV） Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on enterprise value enhancement that extend beyond finance, encompassing the entire back office and top－line growth. － Global Project Management: Manage projects domestically within Japan, and potentially support global M＆A for Japanese companies, collaborating with the global M＆A practice team.. － Digital Integration: Apply ”M＆A x Digital x IT” to achieve drastic improvements in corporate value |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 （Consultant level）－ Possesses fundamental consultant skills （logical thinking, presentation, documentation）. － Fluent Japanese ability （JLPT N1 level desirable）. （Manager and Above level）: － Consulting experience required （preferably Manager level or above at a consulting firm）. － Strong aspiration towards M＆A. － Manager and Above: Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience and 3 years of project management experience. （Senior Manager and Above） － M＆A/Organizational restructuring consulting experience, and ability to contribute to sales, not just delivery. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Overseas MBA qualification.－ SI （Systems Integration） experience. － Staff Class: Two or more of the following: accounting knowledge （Boki Level 2 equivalent）, English ability, or consulting experience. Interested in collaborating with diverse talent to create engaging and large－scale business opportunities. |
