This pivotal role is responsible for the efficient leadership and strategic financial management of a prestigious, international luxury resort located in a prime Japanese destination near Tokyo. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership Committee, you will guide strategic decision－making to drive the property's profitability and ensure compliance with the highest global corporate standards and ownership expectations. Key Responsibilities Financial Management ＆ Reporting: Oversee all financial operations, including the supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements （P＆L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow） and operational results for submission to the operator and asset owner. Budgeting and Planning: Lead the creation, implementation, and management of the annual business plan, operating budget, and capital expenditure budget. Control ＆ Compliance: Ensure adherence to Japanese accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial standards. Oversee internal controls, coordinate external audits, and manage regulatory compliance. Treasury ＆ Operations: Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and international remittances. Leadership ＆ Strategy: Manage and lead the Finance, Purchasing, and IT functions and personnel. Collaborate with department heads to optimize resources and improve profitability. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum 5－7 years of progressive experience in the hotel or hospitality accounting/finance industry.Management experience in accounting operations （経理業務マネジメント経験）. Fluency in both Japanese and English （required for communication with local staff and global corporate HQ/ownership）. 【歓迎（WANT）】 University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.CPA or equivalent certification （desirable）. Strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and management reporting tools. Strategic thinker with a results－oriented mindset and high analytical capacity. A natural leader with a passion for high－end hospitality finance. Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability while managing costs effectively. |
