Job Description: This is a critical, strategic leadership role intended to transition into the Chief Financial Officer （CFO） position. The mission is to lead the company's overall financial strategy, ensuring sustainable, long－term growth in partnership with the executive team. You will take ownership of designing, analyzing, and executing financial data and processes across financial accounting, management accounting, and corporate planning, moving beyond standard accounting management. You will comprehensively manage strategic areas such as IFRS compliance, governance enhancement, and capital policy—a vital role in maximizing corporate value—through close collaboration with the Global Headquarters （HQ）. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy ＆ Corporate Planning: Design and manage the process for mid－term management planning and budgeting. Develop cash－flow forecasts and execute capital－raising strategies （including bank and investor relations）. Assess new business, M＆A, and investment schemes from financial and accounting perspectives. Align and optimize financial policies in coordination with the Global HQ. Accounting ＆ Reporting （JGAAP/IFRS）: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting on both JGAAP and IFRS bases. Build profitability management and KPI monitoring frameworks across all divisions. Strengthen internal controls and compliance systems, including audit coordination. Treasury ＆ Team Management: Formulate cash－flow and liquidity strategies, critically including the management of JPY, USD, and Crypto assets. Oversee cross－border operations, including compliance with foreign exchange and tax treaties. Manage the accounting team, overseeing closing processes, tax filings, and audit responses. Promote process standardization and automation for higher productivity. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Experience: 3＋ years in accounting and/or treasury operations at a business company.Ownership: Ability to identify accounting implications for new transactions and manage them through to closing. Language: Native－level Japanese proficiency and Business－level English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 CPA qualification or equivalent advanced accounting knowledge （e.g., Bookkeeping Level 1）.Knowledge or experience in the Web3 domain or Fintech industry. Experience in both large enterprises and startups, or corporate planning/financial strategy. |
