[Job Opportunity] Berkshire Hathaway Specialty insurance (BHSI) will open a branch in Japan in the near future. The branch will focus on expertise and facultative reinsurance to the Japanese market. We are looking for candidates with underwriting background across multiple specialties including property, engineering, energy, casualty, financial lines, marine and Group Accident – with 3 to 5 years minimum with no age or experience limitation. Candidates will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of profitable business. BHSI is a company that value respect, simplicity, and a long-term approach. Candidates should be Japanese speakers with good English skills. The BHSI Japan team will work in a truly international group with the largest balance sheet in the industry, building the business together, while developing top-level underwriting skills . 【必須（MUST）】 ・関連分野での実務経験が3～5年以上ある方。・社内外の顧客と良好な関係を築き、優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを発揮できる方。 ・英語に堪能かつネイティブレベルの日本語スキルをお持ちの方。 ・Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience ・Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers. ・Japanese nationals with proficiency in English. |
