A top medical device company looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development to help the business grow in Japan. In this important job, you will plan how to sell new products and help more patients get the healthcare they need. You will use English daily while working with a global team to make our business better. Key Responsibilities － Lead projects that help more Japanese hospitals and patients get access to our medical products. － Make detailed business plans to sell important new products and make sure we reach our sales goals. － Manage the process of bringing new products from the development stage into the Japanese market. － Guide different teams to make sure big projects are finished on time and successfully. － Find better ways and tools to improve how we manage our projects and make decisions. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of marketing experience in the medical device industry.－ Successful history of creating business plans and launching new products into the market. － Strong communication skills to negotiate with partners and work with medical experts. － Speak business－level English to email and talk with global teams during web conferences. － Be a logical thinker who works well with others and knows how to use Microsoft Office. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Previous sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.－ Understand the Japanese medical system and government regulations well. － Experience negotiating with government agencies or academic groups. － Certification or official experience in project management is an advantage. － Have a major impact on the business by creating strategies that help the company grow. － Work in a global environment where you collaborate with overseas teams and use English daily. － Enjoy the freedom to manage your own projects from the beginning to the end. － Your work will improve the lives of patients in Japan by bringing them new medical solutions. |
