【Basic purpose of the job】 Achieve e－retail sales goals of CA products with core responsibility below. ・Develop and implement the e－retail channel strategy incl. planning and execution of new launches which is in alignment with the company business strategy ・Develop and implement the customer specific strategy （incl annual CBP＆JBP preparation and sing－off） ・Develop campaign strategy for key events like Prime day in coordination with marketing team ・Monitor the sales performance and related KPIs and organize QBR with e－retail partners to take necessary actions in a timely manner ・Lead sales planning and forecasting; support demand review and S＆OP process for e－retail channel ・Execute r－retail specific duties ・Enhance business relationship with key customers 【Accountabilities】 ・E－retail channel strategy development and implementation ・Develop Mid－/Long－term e－retail business strategy development ・Plan and execute of new launches ・Lead sales planning and forecasting （support demand review and S＆OP process for e－retail channel incl. submission of the landing estimate ・Contribute to GSAM in the annual and monthly meetings ・Customer specific strategy development and implementation ・Develop the sell－out, spot－rebate, and sell－in plan for each customer ・Manage performance of each customer ・Develop annual business target and the strategy （JBP） and get customers' buy－in ・Organize quarterly business review （QBR） meeting with e－retail partners ・Develop and execute campaign strategy for key events like Prime day in coordination with marketing team ・Obtain and analyze sell－out data and lead taking necessary actions ・Develop and sign－off the annual customer business plan （CBP） for key customers ・Execute e－retail specific duties ・Lead e－retail dedicated temp staff ・Handle complaint products by leading the temp staff ・Manage and mitigate Amazon's Andon by collaborating with QA ・Review and manage credit limit of each customer via monthly review meeting ・Payment of spot－rebate 【Regulatory and / or Organizational Requirements】 ・Compliant with policies and procedures. ・Understanding the legal environment, risk, competitors within the e－retail channel as well as vets channel. Engaging in a leadership team for the species and works across global functions to build a plan to maximize the opportunity for Company. 【Job Complexity】 Need balance in driving sales in e－retail channel and mitigating backlash from vets channel. 【Interfaces】 ・Local: Senior management, Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, Technical Services, CSCM, CE, Finance, BIJ shared services ・Global: GCB （Global strategic account management） 【Job Expertise】 Need high expertise ranging from planning, execution, and monitoring in e－retail channel to deliver sales goals. 【Job Impact】 E－retail channel should be one of the growth engines in CA and its contribution will be 5＋％ of total CA revenue. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・10＋ years of working experience （incl. 3 years of work experience in charge of major consumer e－commerce channel such as Amazon and Rakuten）・At least 5 years of experience in sales positions ・At least 3 years of experience in marketing positions （product/brand marketing experience is preferred） ・Experience in animal health industry, human health care, human pharma is preferred. ・Strategic vision ・Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ・Drive for results and leaderships skills with an open mindset ・Highly creative/innovative with ability to think out of box ・Advanced communication and interpersonal skills ・Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications. ・Minimum 3 year experience in leading team ・Ability to travel （may include overnight travel） ・Capable to deal with challenges coming from market as well as from internal ＆ external teams. ・Fluent English and Japanese is a must have ・Degree Requirements：Bachelor’s Degree |
