【Basic Purpose of the job】 ・Effectively manage Replenishment Planning based on agreed forecasts by fostering strong relationships with internal and external business partners ・Manage the cross－functional Sales and Operations Planning （S＆OP） process by aligning sales and operational activities to support organizational objectives ・Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure sufficient level of inventory and manage overall efficient operations ・Drives continuous improvement in supply chain processes by challenging current workflows, adopting new technologies, and promoting agile practices 【Accountabilities】 ・Demand Planning ・Sales ＆ Operation Planning （S＆OP） ・Inventory management ・Local Projects |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Knowledge of supply chain management and forecasting・Ability to communicate with global counterparts in English ・Experience with SAP ・Excellent communication and critical thinking skills ・Computer literacy and good analytical skills ・Ability to take the initiative and work in a team |
