＜業務内容詳細＞
－ Support the Supply Chain Director by overseeing the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of the 3PL JP warehouse activities, covering both operational workflows and administrative procedures.
－ Compile, analyze, and communicate delivery performance metrics for the JP operations each day, while consistently tracking progress toward defined targets and KPIs.
－ Contribute to broader supply－chain development efforts and take ownership of all process－improvement initiatives within the JP market.
－ Act as the operational lead for managing relationships with key suppliers supporting the JP supply－chain function.
－ Work closely with the local Commercial teams to resolve delivery－related inquiries and operational issues.
－ Manage and coordinate the Office Order process for the internal JP organization.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Bachelor’s degree required.
－ Background in retail or fashion is a plus.
－ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem－solving skills.
－ Demonstrated leadership potential with solid communication and presentation skills.
－ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, PLM, Qlik Sense, NuOrder, and strong MS Office skills is beneficial.
－ Fluency in English and Japanese required; additional languages are an advantage.
