In your role you will be required to: - Run risk assessment for audited units and every Senior Auditor and Audit Manager is stand-alone player including planning to fieldwork and writing audit report - Prepare audit programs, define audit procedures and steps - Be responsible for audits’ delivery through all phases (from planning to reporting), the audits are performed online and onsite (internationally) - Perform more advanced audit techniques like data analytics - Working closely with other team members on audit assignments and internal projects - Ensure high quality Internal Audit Reports are prepared in English - Challenge other team members and be challenged to achieve best work result - Actively work on Internal Audit processes to support continuous development of the Department - Cooperate with other Corporate Functions - Develop expert knowledge about Group business and related business processes About the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Department The Group Internal Audit Department is responsible to deliver high quality Internal Audits across the Group. This is a highly skilled, international team with members located globally. Working closely with the Group Top Management of the Group, GIA performs risk assessment, runs internal audits in defined areas and support Internal Control processes. We have strong aspirations to deliver high quality work in all we do. 【必須（MUST）】 ・3+ years in Internal Audit and/or External Audit・Capability to manage assigned audit projects ・Project management experience allowing to deliver audit engagements from planning to reporting ・Experience in working outside of Japan or with international teams, communicating in English ・Fluent in Japanese and fluent business level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Professional Audit certifications (CIA, CISA) |
