− Oversee core finance functions—including accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and risk management—by maintaining effective processes that protect company assets and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting. − Partner with senior leadership to guide business strategy, manage the full profit ＆ loss and balance sheet, and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long－term financial planning cycles. − Provide timely financial reports and analyses that support informed decision－making, evaluate operational performance, and contribute to both short－term and strategic initiatives. − Interpret business results, forecast future performance, assess the financial impact of strategic options, and recommend actions that support the organization’s financial and operational goals. − Collaborate with cross－functional teams to support activities such as month/quarter－end reviews, pricing and tender analysis, new program launches, and operating expense planning. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 − Proven experience in finance leadership roles with strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.− Demonstrated ability to manage P＆L and balance sheet responsibilities and support strategic decision－making. − Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, model future scenarios, and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders. − Experience collaborating effectively with cross－functional teams and influencing decision－making across the organization. − Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast－paced environment. |
