| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 5 or more years in the insurance industry (Life preferred) 10 or more years' experience managing business critical projects end to end (experience across PMLC and SDLC)Past experience leading large programs with multiple projects with strong leadership in strategy, implementation and delegation 5 or more years in the insurance industry (Life preferred) Past experience specifically managing large scale cross functional teams, offshore delivery vendors Past experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environment in the insurance industry Experience in delivering projects under a regulatory environment in the financial services industry Skills & Competencies (must have): Demonstrate excellent leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills to lead cross functional teams and coach/advise peers and staff Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to adapt to changes or unforeseen circumstances + ability to manage budgets and resource capacity Strong team building and motivational skills to resolve conflicts and focus on the delivery outcome Experienced in hiring and building effective project teams Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) Excellent time management skills, goal setting and follow up Thorough understanding of insurance products and insurance operations Team player, self-motivated, confident and results driven Proficient in project management tools, templates and project life cycle Bilingual in English (speak/read/write) and Japanese (speak/read/write) |
