Responsibilities: ● Achieve regional revenue targets through proactive field engagement and pipeline development ● Lead end-to-end sales activities including outreach, proposals, order handling, and coordination of delivery ● Provide training and on-site support to clinical users and channel partners ● Guide, motivate, and strengthen distributor performance across the assigned region ● Build trusted relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers ● Apply value-focused and consultative selling approaches to differentiate offerings ● Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through creative market-development actions |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ● Proven success in a healthcare-related commercial role with responsibility for regional sales growth● Ability to understand financial decision-making and influence budgeting or purchasing stakeholders ● Strategic mindset with capability to plan mid- and long-term sales approaches ● Highly driven, energetic, and motivated to exceed performance objectives ● Strong territory management and experience handling numerous concurrent opportunities ● Skilled in digital productivity tools and customer-management software ● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams |
