■主な職務及び主な責任 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: ・生産設備およびコンピューターシステムのエンジニアリング、設計、導入、改造、設備投資プロジェクトの実行 Responsible for engineering, design, introduction, modification, automation of manufacturing facilities, computer systems, equipment and Capital Project Execution ・生産設備の技術的性能保証（性能適格性確認などのバリデーション業務） Responsible for the qualification of production equipment：IQ,OQ,PQ, FAT ・検査機・包装ライン・コンピューターシステムの生産立ち上げ：設計どおりの生産が安定的に行えるようにする Responsible for the stable operation design of inspection machine, packaging line and computer system in good condition ・生産設備の機械の改善実施, 総合効率検討, 自動化, デジタルトランスフォーメーション Responsible for improvement of manufacturing facilities, systems, and equipment based on Overall Equipment Effectiveness, automation and digital transformation ・業者の施行管理 Responsible for the supervising of vendors working in production area. ・EHS基準の遂行を支援し、技術的なリードを行う。 Provide technical leadership and support execution of EHS policies & procedure ■法規制の順守に関する責任 Regulatory Compliance Responsibilities: ・GMP/GCTP、全ての会社/サイトのポリシー/手順及び法令を遵守すること。 Project execution engineer must follow GMP/GCTP, all company/site policies/procedure and regulations. |

【必須（MUST）】 ■教育/経験Education and Experiences:・プロジェクト遂行の知識及び経験 Experience in project execution ・生産における機械技術または制御技術またはOT技術の知識及び経験 Experience in mechanical or control or OT technologies in production ・製薬・化粧品・食品企業での就業経験を有していることが望ましい。 Experience of working in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic or food industries is desirable ・高専、大学卒（機械工学や化学など、理系選考必須) Technical school or University with Scientific Major is must (Mechanical Engineering or Chemical is preferable). ■知識、資格、及び技能 Knowledge, Qualification and Skills: ・最小限の監督の下で独立して業務を遂行できる能力 Able to work independently with minimal supervision ・優先順位を理解し、整理する能力 Understanding priority and organized ・チャレンジを受け入れる能力 Accept challenges ・聞く力と理解力 Having the ability of listen and understanding ・他部署との良好な協働およびコミュニケーションスキル Good collaboration and communication skills with other departments ・リスク分析及び問題解決能力 Risk analysis and problem-solving skills ・技術文書や議事録の作成能力 Documentation skills for technical report and meeting minutes ・ビジネスレベルの英語力を有していることが望ましい。 Business-level English proficiency is desirable |
