仕事内容 日本法人におけるファイナンス業務を統括し、コンプライアンス、正確性、そしてグローバル目標との戦略的整合性を確保する責任を担って頂きます。

アカウンティング、トレジャリー資金管理、Order to CashやP2Pプロセス、給与計算、税務、内部統制・ガバナンスを監督し、事業リーダーと連携しつつ業績向上と成長実現を推進して頂きます。10名程のスタッフマネジメント有り

・Ensure integrity of financial statements and compliance with US GAAP, J GAAP, SOX, and company policies.
・Oversee internal ＆ external audits, risk management, and financial controls.
・Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
・Act as liaison between affiliate, a manufacturing plant in Kobe, regional teams, and global SSC for month－end close and financial processes.
・Partner with internal audit on risk assessment and compliance reviews.
・Develop and mentor a high－performing finance team, ensuring succession planning and talent development.
労働条件 想定年収：1500万円 ～ 2000万円前後（Monthly Base＋Bonus 賞与25％）＋RSU

勤務地：神戸市内　リモート・Hybrid勤務可

勤務時間：8：45～17：30　フレックスタイム制（5時～22時）

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Equivalent
－8–10 years of broad financial experience, including people management.
－CPA preferred; prior major audit firm experience is a plus.
－Fluent in Japanese and English.
