Oversee the end－to－end product development process and execution for annual new product launches. Own the strategy, processes, and execution of the new product development pipeline. Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning, identify trends, and understand customers’ technological direction. Identify portfolio gaps based on customer feedback and competitive offerings. Serve as a supervisor with direct responsibility for marketing professionals, including: Developing growth and training plans Managing workload and schedules Evaluating performance Participating in recruitment and interviews Providing input on promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions Develop and implement strategic product and annual business plans targeting key markets, industries, and customers. Lead long－range product planning and prioritize initiatives across product lines. Provide pricing guidance for new product releases, leveraging pricing systems and ensuring strategies are implemented across internal systems and distribution networks. Ensure product launches include all necessary sales tools, literature, training materials, and adequate distribution stocking and sample availability. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and global distribution partners to communicate product release strategies and pipeline updates. Coordinate preparation of documentation, classifications, attributes, and product collateral to support successful launches. Act as a role model by fostering a contribution mindset and demonstrating the principles of Principle－Based Management. |

【必須（MUST）】 • Previous people management experience• Experience working in a global environment, working with international teams • 5＋ years product marketing | management experience in electro－mechanical device industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Fluency in Japanese and English 【歓迎（WANT）】 • 5＋ years product marketing experience in connector industry, electronics or related industries,• Technical background or project management experience • Experience with microminiature connector and connector development • Sales or Business Development experience |
