| 仕事内容 |
1. プログラム管理 ・複数プログラムおよびプロジェクト案件の進捗・リソース・予算を管理 ・各プログラムのKPIに基づく成果を管理し、定期報告を実施 2. 検査チーム管理 ・チームメンバーのタスク調整、目標設定、育成を行う ・検査プロセスの効率化および品質向上施策を推進 3. Reverse Logistics（返品物流）管理 ・返品フロー全体の管理（受領 → 検査 → 判定 → 保管／廃棄／輸出） ・オペレーションプロセスの改善策を立案 ・顧客・荷主・関連部署（物流／品質／CSなど）との調整・コミュニケーションを行う 4. ステークホルダー管理 ・荷主、物流、カスタマーサポート、品質、ベンダーなど部門横断で調整 ・荷主および経営層へのレポート作成・改善提案を実施 5. 業務改善・効率化 ・プロセス標準化およびPDCAに基づく継続的改善を推進 ・データ分析に基づく業務改善提案および意思決定支援を行う 1. Program Management o Manage progress, resources, and budgets for multiple programs and project initiatives. o Monitor outcomes based on KPIs for each program and provide regular reports. 2. Inspection Team Management o Coordinate tasks, set goals, and develop team members. o Drive initiatives to improve inspection process efficiency and quality. 3. Reverse Logistics Management o Oversee the entire returns process (receipt → inspection → decision → storage/disposal/export). o Develop and implement process improvement measures. o Coordinate and communicate with customers, shippers, and relevant departments (Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, etc.). 4. Stakeholder Management o Collaborate across functions, including shippers, logistics, customer support, quality, and vendors. o Prepare reports and propose improvements to shippers and management. 5. Business Improvement & Efficiency o Promote process standardization and continuous improvement based on the PDCA cycle. o Provide business improvement proposals and decision-making support based on data analysis. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 複数案件や工程を俯瞰し、全体最適を意識したプロジェクト管理・推進ができる方• チームマネジメント経験があり、部門横断での調整・交渉が得意な方 • 検査・品質管理プロセスや返品物流（Reverse Logistics）の理解があり、業務改善・標準化を主体的に進められる方 • WMSなど業務システムを活用し、データに基づく分析・改善提案ができる方 • BCPやセキュリティ関連業務の知識・実務経験があり、安全・継続性を意識した運営ができる方 • ロジスティクス業務全般の知識と問題解決力、現場対応力を備えた方 • ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）を活用し、社内外で円滑にコミュニケーションできる方 • Ability to oversee multiple projects and processes, managing and driving initiatives with a focus on overall optimization. • Team management experience, with strong cross-functional coordination and negotiation skills. • Understanding of inspection and quality control processes, as well as reverse logistics, with the ability to proactively drive process standardization and improvement. • Proficient in using business systems such as WMS, with the ability to perform data-driven analysis and propose improvements. • Knowledge and practical experience in BCP and security-related operations, ensuring safe and sustainable operations. • Solid understanding of logistics operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond effectively on-site. • Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • 電子／IT機器メーカーでの勤務経験があり、物流関連部署での実務経験を持つ方は歓迎。• Experience working in electronics or IT equipment manufacturers, with practical experience in logistics-related departments. |
