Job Description This role focuses on helping the leadership team make smart strategic decisions for the pharmaceutical business unit. You will act as a neutral partner who analyzes data, spots market trends, and leads projects across different departments to improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities － Find new business opportunities and risks by looking at what is happening inside and outside the company. － Give clear reports and advice to company leaders to help them make difficult decisions. － Create plans to make the business model better and match the company's main strategy. － Lead projects that bring different teams together to solve problems across the division. － Watch for market changes and warn the leadership team about any risks that could hurt the business. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of work experience, including a strong background in management consulting.－ Strategic thinker who can analyze complex data to solve problems and help the business grow. － Strong leadership skills to manage projects and help different people work together even when they disagree. － Fluent in Japanese with Business－Level English. － Open－minded person who communicates clearly and stays neutral when dealing with others. |
