＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■業界トップクラスのネットワーク 世界でもトップクラスの業界知名度を持つ親会社、およびそのグループ会社の持つネットワークも駆使して、継続的な成長を続けている企業です。前向きな変化も多く生じるチャレンジングな環境を好まれる方におすすめです。 ■Accounting ＋ FP＆Aの幅広い業務 本ポジションは経理財務部門のNo.2として、Accountingがメインではあるものの、FP＆A業務にも関わって頂ける広い責任範囲のポジションです。将来的にDirectorポジションへのステップアップを志す方にとっては有意義なキャリアを積む機会となります！ ■大きなチームマネジメント 経理財務は本ポジションを含む13名体制となり、約6名の部下をマネジメント頂きます。大規模なマネジメント経験はマストでは無いため「より大きなチームマネジメントにもチャレンジしたい」というご希望の方も奮ってご応募頂けます。 ■在宅／フレックス時間の活用 フレックスタイム制度や、週2日程度の在宅勤務をご利用頂けます。上司となる方も子供の送り迎え等で制度を活用されているため、同様に家庭との両立をお考えの方にもおすすめのポジションです。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce timely monthly financial report or statement － Responsible for Inter group billing, transfer pricing － Responsible for Inter group agreement. － Responsible for half yearly Group consolidation report － Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles － In charge of compliance to Group’s internal control policies － Manage external and internal audits and liaises with auditors together with Finance Controller － Produce the annual budget and reforecasts together with Finance Controller － Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes － Plan and monitor team development together with HR division － Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 7＋ years of relevant accounting / finance experience－ 3＋ years of team management experience － Able to work under pressure in a dynamic fast paced environment and meet tight deadline － Business level of English, Native level of Japanese |
