Job Description: Operations Manager – Overseas Remittance Platform Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Fintech / Cross-border Payments / Financial Services About the Company We are a next-generation overseas remittance platform based in Japan, focused on providing fast, affordable, and secure international money transfer solutions. Our mission is to simplify global financial connectivity for individuals and businesses by leveraging innovative technology, regulatory compliance, and strong international partnerships. Position Overview The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operational workflows, enhancing process efficiency, and optimizing service delivery across remittance channels. This role requires a strong understanding of financial operations, compliance frameworks in Japan (such as the Payment Services Act), and cross-border settlement processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Process Management - Oversee end-to-end remittance operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, and customer issue resolution. - Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and compliant workflows. - Coordinate with banking partners, liquidity providers, and foreign exchange teams to ensure timely transaction settlements. - Monitor transaction queues and SLAs to ensure consistent high-level service performance. 2. Compliance & Risk Control - Collaborate with the compliance department to support internal audits, regulatory reporting, and risk assessments. - Implement controls to detect and prevent fraudulent or unusual transaction activities. 3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Provide team training on compliance, systems, and customer handling. - Collaborate with IT team to continuously improve operational efficiency and user experience. 4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and optimization. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications & Requirements- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial operations. - Strong understanding of cross-border remittance processes, forex settlements, and transaction monitoring. - Familiarity with Japanese regulatory frameworks for money transfer businesses. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Key Skills- Operational excellence and attention to detail. - Business-level Japanese and/or English communication skills. (Vietnamese communication skills a plus) - Hands-on experience with AML monitoring tools, operational dashboards, and CRM/ticketing systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Team management and stakeholder communication. - Systems thinking mindset with tech-savvy approach to process improvement. - Resilience and ability to adapt to fast-changing regulatory and market conditions. |
