仕事内容 【Basic Purpose of the job】
・BRAND STRATEGY & COMMUNICATION: Responsible for establishing a short to long-term complete Brand strategy of Prozinc and Senvelgo as well as marketing mix implementation, ensuring cross-functional collaboration on an internal, external, and global scale, as well as effective, efficient, and aligned planning and execution; Responsible for managing brand messaging, internal and external communications, including all marketing, product pricing, go-to-market models, and related activities.
・LAUNCH EXCELLENCE: Deliver Launch Excellence for any new portfolio-related product, project, or service through team collaboration and cross-functional network in order to accomplish a successful launch plan with relevant stakeholders.
・EXECUTION EXECELLENCE: Ensure excellence in execution of brand strategies, aligned with global and local key stakeholders, monitoring tracking and report brands performance.
・BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE: Optimize the use of all the support data generated at regional and local levels; leading local researches and studies, monitoring and tracking performance on Fuji Keizai and CEESA sources to ensure development and continuous improvement and innovation of Boehringer-Ingelheim Animal Health Japan (BIAHJ) brands and business.
・STAKEHOLDER ENGAMENGEMNT: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, global teams, and external partners related to the segments in charge, by representing Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Japan with business partners and other stakeholders, building professional relations with ZENOAQ and other business partners(e.g. Equine distributors), also within key institutions, industry stakeholders, and Key External Experts in the veterinary world.
・BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic objectives towards to achieve financial goals and deliver accuracy for financial exercises;
Monitor and control expenditures to maximize return on investment. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust as needed.
・CONGRESS MANAGEMENT: Collaborate with technical services and brand managers to develop and execute sponsorship program content that effectively promotes Boehringer Ingelheim products to veterinarians and veterinary nurses at major veterinary conferences. For booth activities, devise and implement strategies to enhance product appeal at the booth, including effective collaboration with sales execution teams.

This position will be extremely important for BI in terms of strengthening our position in Cardio and Renal.
