職務内容： ・割り当てられたプロジェクトの完了に向けて主導またはサポートを行い、評価、選定、設計確認、実装、認定、および実用化の承認（リリース）を含む全プロセスにおいて、関連するすべての課題を解決すること ・新製品の移管および量産に向けたスケールアップを主導またはサポートし、関連文書（FMEA、QCP、SOP、チェックリスト）を完備して成功に導くこと ・他のチームメンバーに対して技術的なトレーニング、コーチング、助言を行い、全社レベルでのプロセスノウハウとパッケージの構築を支援すること Responsibilities： 1. Lead or support to complete the assigned projects towards the final completion and solve all the related issues during the whole process, including but not limited to evaluation, screening, design conformation, implementation, qualification and release for use. 2. Lead or support new product transfer and scaling up towards volume production successfully with all related documents in place (FMEA, QCP, SOP, checklists). 3. Provide technical training, coaching and advise to other team members and support to buildup the process know-how and packages at company level. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 学士号以上（化学、化学工学、または材料科学専攻）半導体材料、特に液体と基板の相互作用、配合ベースの化学システムに関する10年以上の実務経験（目安） Bachelor degree or above，Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science 10+ years direct experiences on semiconductor materials, especially liquid and substrate interactions, formulation based chemical systems. 【歓迎（WANT）】 日常的なコミュニケーションに必要なレベルの英語または中国語力があれば尚可。English or Chinese to meet daily communication needs is preferred. |
