This position will involve considering and implementing measures to meet client needs （supporting database research and clinical development） and improve the value provided by the proprietary platform. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Client Success （both medical institutions and corporations （pharmaceutical companies/CROs, etc.） • Client relations regarding research support, initial discussions, internal coordination, collaboration with the US headquarters team, etc. • Service implementation and post－implementation promotion of the ”Research Support Program” for medical institutions （currently under development） Other research support－related work and project management • Support for platform usage （for both pharmaceutical and medical institutions） • Manual creation of basic operation and FAQs, service design for research support, etc. Corporate Pre－Sales • Support for sales representatives of pharmaceutical companies （pharmaceutical companies/CROs, etc.） in initial sales negotiations with pharmaceutical companies regarding the platform, service explanations, and relationship building with potential customers Medical Institution Relations • General organization of insights from contracted medical institutions • Identifying issues such as the feasibility of clinical studies using the platform at contracted medical institutions, and discussing them with epidemiological experts Team Collaboration • Responding to inquiries received via the platform and collaborating with the US Clinical Science team • Information sharing, collaboration, and various coordination with other departments |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Preferably a university degree （in Sciences） • At least 5 years of work experience in either Sales, Marketing or Clinical Science in the healthcare field • Understanding of pre－clinical and clinical work • Willingness and flexibility to travel • Ability to use English independently and communicate with international colleagues （written and spoken） |
