仕事内容 Seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager for the Breast & Skeletal Sales division in Japan. In this pivotal role, you will lead business management initiatives—from strategy formulation to execution—while overseeing a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key relationships with medical institutions, and fostering a culture of excellence and development within your team.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: You will create sales plans and strategies to launch new products and analyze market trends.
- Goals: You must set clear sales targets and track progress to make sure the business meets its goals.
- Customers: You need to build strong relationships with medical centers to keep customers happy and loyal.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, to help the company grow.
- Leadership: You are responsible for mentoring your team, setting their goals, and helping them succeed.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- 5-7 years of successful history of working in medical device sales.
- Experience leading a team, which includes hiring and coaching staff.
- Able to create and follow plans to hit high sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas and negotiate with others.
- Deep understanding of how the medical industry works in Japan is required.
