An international consumer electronics / furnishings company is looking for a Japan Retail Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive retail and wholesale sales performance, expand the retailer network, and promote brand identity in the market. Responsibilities: － Manage retail and wholesale results through dealer negotiations, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing Implement Japan retail strategy and provide field insights to senior leadership and headquarters － Build and expand the retailer network while identifying opportunities for sales growth － Develop and roll out Shop－in－Shop programs with strategic partners and major stores － Support new product launches and drive selective distribution in the region － Facilitate digital development by scouting and developing dealers － Promote training activities to ensure a high－end customer experience － Act as brand ambassador to strengthen market identity and consistent dealer promotion － Exploit synergies with other brands in the region － Lead, manage, and coach a small team of subordinates |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Proven experience with strong expertise in the wholesale channel, both online and offline－ Previous experience in the design business, eyewear, watches, or beauty industries － Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence people － Capable of managing conflicting priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering presentations － Ability to develop strong relationships and provide outstanding customer service － Native level Japanese; business level English |
