As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with business side and bring financials insights to drive its financials. Be a trusted partner for business decision making and guide commercials from finance perspective. Responsibilities: • Finance business partner, who reports to Finance Business Partner Lead (associate Finance Director), and perform a variety financials analysis to maximize Haleon Japan* sales, profitability, and cashflow. • Primary area is A&P and GtN which is the main investment pool for Haleon Japan business. • Also conduct a mini CFO role for one of our brands (Oral Health care or OTC products) and manage/control the full P&L for the brand. • Primary internal customers are his/her Manager, other Finance function, Head of Finance, but expected to support other related functions such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics with collaborating and aligning with global team. • While main works of this position are ad-hoc analysis and clearly separated from monthly closing and periodical reporting, the person is expected to proactively communicate with business, find the area to improve, perform financials models to provide financials insights, analysis to drive the business performance, and lead short-term/long-term business decision from finance perspective. • Ideal outcome is to support managerial decision making and assist senior management team with patience to deliver outcome even with complicated data or short submission deadliness. • Logical, reasonable, and simplified approach with analytical skill is highly expected. (Act/Fcst/Budget analysis and ad-hoc financials analysis) |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Requirements:• Monthly and Yearly Act/Fcst/Budget variance analysis. • Manage preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast. • Providing business insights to other functions from financials lens. Qualifications: • Working experience in Finance Dept. in a multi-national company minimum 5 years. • Or Working experience in accounting firm minimum 3 years. • Budget development experience in past (+2 times is preferable) • Understanding of IFRS, Japanese GAAP (minor). • Advanced skill of Excel (must). • Communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level), both in written and speaking. • Nissho Boki 2nd grade or more (CPA or equivalents) • Persistent in analysing data, finding solution or answer |
