− Act as the head of japan finance, overseeing all areas of accounting and fp＆a. − Act as a strategic business partner. − Report timely to regional and local leadership on risks, issues, and proposed strategic actions as a business partner. − Build and maintain a sustainable team through supervision, guidance, and regular communication such as meetings and one－on－one sessions. − Proactively address team issues and support staff development and performance. − Collaborate regularly with the commercial team to validate operating and capital expenditures before commitments are made. − Oversee the General Affairs function in addition to finance responsibilities. |
