＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■社会貢献度の高い企業 SDGs、ゴミの削減に貢献するような事業を展開しているグローバル企業です。多くの企業が直面する社会課題を解消する、という将来的なニーズも多い中で、やりがいを持って就業頂けます。 ■チームマネジメントのスキルアップ 経理財務は9－10名体制となり、本ポジションには部下6－7名をマネジメント頂きます。比較的大きなチームマネジメントを通じて、管理職としてのスキルを磨いていただけます。 ■Head of Financeへのキャリアパス 上司となる経理財務部長は数年後に定年を控えており、本ポジションはその後任候補としての採用です。数年間の経験を積み、さらに上のポジションへ昇進したい意欲をお持ちの方におすすめです。 ■ハイブリット型の勤務スタイル フレックス時間での勤務、および週2日程度のリモートワークも可能ですので、ワークライフバランスをお考えの方もぜひご応募ください。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with J－GAAP － Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes － Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations － Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors － Maintain internal controls and support risk management － Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and vendor payments － Monitor receivables and payables to maintain healthy cash flow and working capital － Reconcile AR and AP accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies － Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address billing and payment issues － Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls － Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation － Conduct asset verification and reconcile with accounting data － Support asset tracking, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards － Manage daily cash and liquidity － Monitor bank balances and cash flow － Coordinate banking and financing activities － Ensure compliance with treasury policy |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance－ Prior leadership or supervisory experience － English （business negotiation level in a multinational atmosphere） － Strong knowledge of J－GAAP, tax regulations, and financial systems － Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and other analytical systems |
