「プロダクトオーナー」として、グループファンクションのDaimler Trucksからの円滑なカーブアウトを実現するためのトレジャリーIT戦略を策定・管理します。運用効率と最低限の業務中断を確保しつつ、トレジャリーITソリューションの導入をリードします。新組織の要件やビジネス目標に合わせて、システムの設計および実行を監督します。クロスファンクションチームと連携し、スケーラブルでコンプライアンス対応可能なトレジャリーITソリューションの提供を推進します。データ統合、プロセス最適化、ダッシュボード開発を推進し、財務の透明性や意思決定力を強化します。ステークホルダーと協力して、主要なマイルストーンとプロジェクト成果のタイムリーな達成を確実にします。トレジャリーITシステムが将来を見据え、組織基準に合致するよう技術的指導を行います。トレジャリーIT業務を強化するため、革新的なツールやテクノロジーを評価・提案します。プロジェクトの進捗、リスク、対応策を文書化し、関係者へ適切に報告します。高いパフォーマンスと協働を重視した文化を醸成し、堅牢なトレジャリーITソリューションの提供を目指します。 Define and manage the Treasury IT strategy as "Product Owner" to achieve seamless carve-out of Group Functions from Daimler Trucks. Lead the implementation of Treasury IT solutions to while ensuring operational efficiency and minimal disruption. Oversee the design and execution of systems to align with the new entity’s requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant Treasury IT solutions. Drive data integration, process optimization, and dashboard development to enhance financial transparency and decision-making. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and project outcomes. Provide technical guidance to ensure Treasury IT systems are future-ready and aligned with organizational standards. Evaluate and recommend innovative tools and technologies to strengthen Treasury IT operations. Document and communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders. Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture to deliver robust Treasury IT solutions. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ❶プロダクトオーナーまたは同等の役割で、トレジャリーITシステムの業務経験が5年以上ある方。特にカーブアウト時の新しい技術ソリューション導入を管理した実績を有することが望ましい。 ❷トレジャリー業務プロセス、データ統合、ダッシュボード開発に関する強い知識を有すること。 ❸クロスファンクションチームをリードし、スケーラブルでセキュアかつコンプライアンスに対応したソリューションを提供した経験がある方。 ❹ステークホルダーマネジメント、課題解決、規制要件遵守に優れたスキルを持つこと。最新のITツールやテクノロジーへの理解・知識が必須です。 'Min of 5 years of experience in Treasury IT systems as a Product Owner or equivalent role. Proven expertise in managing implementation of new technical solutions, preferrable during carve-outs. Strong knowledge of Treasury processes, data integration, and dashboard development. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with modern IT tools and technologies is required. |
