Our cutting-edge AI technologies are researched and built in-house by a talented, internationally diverse team. At present, Cogent Labs is focusing on expanding its business through “SmartRead,” a next-generation AI OCR service that enables document workflow automation across a wide range of industries, including government, finance, and manufacturing. To further scale this business and deliver smooth, effective product implementation to more clients, we are seeking a Solution Architect. This position plays a key role in working with the sales team and partner companies to propose solutions to customers. You will be expected to accurately understand customers’ business processes and requirements, and at times, design solutions that integrate both Cogent Labs and third-party services. In addition, you will collect insights about the market, customer needs, and industry trends, and provide timely feedback to the product planning and R&D teams to help improve our products and deliver better solutions for business efficiency. 職務詳細/ Key Responsibilities Cogent Labsの次世代AI OCR「SmartRead」について、主に製品導入に関わる技術支援を担っていただきます。 お客様の業界や特有の要件に合ったソリューションの提案 製品検証、PoC支援、Q&A対応 各種資料、サンプルプログラム、デモ構築など、セールスツールの作成 自社サービス啓蒙、トレーニングなどのセミナー/イベント対応 自社サービス機能改善・拡張のため、お客様および業界ニーズなどの情報を製品企画部門、R&D部門へのインプット パートナー企業との連携業務、独自ソリューションの作成/支援 Provide technical support for the implementation of Cogent Labs’ next-generation AI OCR product, SmartRead Propose solutions tailored to the customer’s industry and specific business needs Support product validation, proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, and respond to technical Q&A Create sales tools such as technical documents, sample programs, and demo environments Support seminars and events to promote product awareness and provide training Gather feedback and share insights from customers and the market with the product planning and R&D teams for continuous product improvement Collaborate with partner companies to develop or support custom joint solutions |
