You will manage the daily work and the Ichikawa warehouse team. Your main job is to make sure the team works safely and well. You will also find ways to make the warehouse operations better. Responsibilities － Make sure the warehouse is safe and follows all rules. － Lead and train a team of 5 to 15 warehouse workers. － Manage all daily tasks like inventory and shipping orders. － Check how well the warehouse is working and report to managers. － Find and lead projects to make the warehouse better. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5－10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution work.－ 3－5 years of experience managing people or projects. － Fluent in Japanese with business－level English － Good leader who can solve problems and work well with others. |
