＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■市場のパイオニア・トップクラスの企業 上場した親会社を持ち、市場内で本企業の製品を知らないクリニックはほぼ無いと言われるほど、パイオニア・トップクラスシェアとしての地位を確立しているグローバル企業です。 ■安定した需要のある企業 最近は医療機関で大型の設備投資が困難なケースもありますが、本企業で扱う主軸製品は初期費用が安価な製品であるため、業界内のネガティブな影響も少なく一定の需要を持ち続けています。長期就業をするにあたって安心感を持てる企業です。 ■ビジネス感覚を活かした貢献 経理財務は9－10名体制となり、その中のManager 3名が部下となります。本ポジションは各リーダーシップチームと連携し、日本のビジネスをどのように高めていくかを一緒に考え、ファイナンスの観点でアドバイスをするビジネスパートナーとしての役割を強くお持ち頂きます。 ■マネジメント層と豊富なやり取り Direct ReportはAPAC Finance（ドットラインで日本社長）となり、頻繁に海外とコンタクト頂く機会がございます。インターナショナルな感覚、英語スキルを充分に活かせます。 ■柔軟性のある勤務時間 基本的にオフィス出社の環境となりますが、コアタイム無しのフレックスタイム制での勤務が可能で、経理財務チーム内で実際の運用もされています。ご自身のスタイルに合わせて、勤務時間への柔軟性を持たせることが可能です。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Lead and support VP Japan as we build and enhance the growth strategies, tactics and execution. Be a critical peer in developing and guiding execution. － Provide business partnering support to business leaders － Lead other FP＆A deliverables － Build business models for investments and commercial projects for decision making － Responsible for overall budgeting and rolling forecasts for Japan － Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with legal and Corporate policies including compliance － Review, implement and maintain an effective and robust internal controls system in compliance to SOX requirements, and ensure adherence to approval processes － Responsible for working capital management including AR collection and payment processing and controls － Continue to build and develop a high performing team to support Japan accelerated growth. － Accelerate team skills and competency to be both business partners and strong financial custodians. － Drive identified process improvement projects and lead team on culture of improvement, best in class and change leadership. － Responsible for timely, consistent and accurate monthly local GAAP and US GAAP for group reporting － Manage tax reporting, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax and business tax filing in compliance with regulatory requirements. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 15＋ years of relevant experience with 10＋ years in managerial/supervisory role－ Working experience in a fast－paced multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures － Experience in leading a sizable team and a good team player － Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to give strong business partnering support － Business level of English and Japanese （written and spoken） － Strong systems skills with prior experience of Finance ERP system. Working knowledge of SAP is a plus － Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables |
