| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1） Technical Competencies and Professional Experience Required:－ Advanced Excel skills － Familiarity with databases － Strong understanding of P＆L structure － Experience with financial modeling techniques － Solid foundation in cost accounting － Accounting certification （US CPA or Japanese equivalent preferred） － Minimum 8–10 years of relevant work experience 2） Skills: － High level of professionalism and rigor － Strong ethics and loyalty － Self－starter with the ability to work independently － Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team spirit － Proven ability to meet deadlines － Ability to collaborate effectively across functions － Native－level Japanese proficiency － English proficiency: ➢ Read and understand English documentation ➢ Communicate effectively via e－mail ➢ Comfortable with face－to－face communication |
