Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Associate Certification in at least one of the SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite. - Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage - University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.
